Duke Orthopaedic Surgery seeks Chiropractors to join Physical Medicine & Rehabilitationcolleagues in the Adult Spine Division. This is an outstanding opportunity for chiropractors interested in a clinical and academic position joining a progressive faculty of clinicians, educators, and researchers as a part of the Duke Health Integrated Practice. Qualified applicants must be eligible for licensure as a chiropractor in the state of North Carolina.
Candidates will have a track record of superior clinical care and evidence of interest in research and education in reducing spine-related pain and disability consistent with the mission of the Duke Spine Center. Evidence of past collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including, for example, physiatry, spine surgeons, and physical therapy, will be critical for the candidate.
In this mostly clinical faculty position, it is expected that the candidate will be interested and able to partner with research faculty. This faculty position will be an integral addition to our Spine Health program partnering with non-operative and operative providers.

The search committee seeks applicants from a diverse pool of candidates. You should be thorough, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries and how to treat them. Knowledgeable, experienced, and caring chiropractors will assist patients with injuries and impairments of the neuromusculoskeletal system, including the muscles, nerves, and bones, especially those of the back and neck. Duke chiropractors help patients address injuries and health concerns, assess their physical condition and lifestyle, order tests, administer treatment, and provide advice about extended care and pain management.
