Key Responsibilities

• In-Home Chiropractic Care: Provide hands-on chiropractic treatment and care for patients in their homes, tailored to individual needs.
• Telemedicine Consultations: Conduct virtual appointments to assess patient conditions, provide guidance, and develop treatment plans remotely.
• Personalized Care Plans: Develop and deliver comprehensive care plans that address each patient’s unique health concerns and goals.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on preventative care, lifestyle adjustments, and exercises to support long-term health and wellness.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate and compliant patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress.

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Degree with an active, unrestricted state license.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, particularly in a mobile or virtual setting.
• Ability to develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
